📚 CBSE Class 10 Passing Rule 2026-27
CBSE ke Secondary School Curriculum Part-I (Classes IX–X), 2026–27 mein assessment structure ke regarding ek important clarification diya gaya hai.
Assessment ke do mandatory components hain:
- External / Board Examination
- Internal Assessment
Curriculum ke Page 24 ke according, final result dono components ki performance ko combine karke determine kiya jata hai. Student ko dono components mein appear karna aur unhe complete karna hota hai.
✅ Sabse Important Rule
Student ko subject mein successful declare hone ke liye minimum 33% marks separately External aur Internal Assessment mein secure karne hain.
Yaani sirf total marks dekhna sufficient nahi hai. External Examination aur Internal Assessment dono ke prescribed minimum requirement ko separately satisfy karna zaroori hai.
📊 Assessment Structure
| Component | Marks | Passing Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| External / Board Examination | 80 Marks* | 33% Separately |
| Internal Assessment | 20 Marks* | 33% Separately |
| Total | 100 Marks | As per prescribed scheme |
*80 + 20 marks major subjects ke assessment structure ko illustrate karta hai. Specific subject syllabus/scheme ke according marks differ ho sakte hain.
🧠 Simple Example
Maan lijiye kisi subject mein:
- External / Board Examination = 80 Marks
- Internal Assessment = 20 Marks
Curriculum ke stated rule ke according, student ko External aur Internal Assessment mein minimum 33% separately secure karna hoga.
Isliye sirf Internal Assessment mein high marks milne se External Examination ki separate minimum requirement automatically remove nahi hoti.
🚨 Important Message for Students
THEORY / BOARD EXAM + INTERNAL ASSESSMENT
DONO KI SEPARATE REQUIREMENT PURI KARNI HOGI.
Isliye Class 10 students ko Board Examination ke saath-saath Internal Assessment, projects, periodic tests aur school-based assessment ko bhi seriously lena chahiye, as applicable under the prescribed scheme.
