There are 17 Questions in this section.
All are compulsory.
All are MCQ,
with Q 13 & 14 Assertion and Reason based,
Q 15 to 17 will be Case study based MCQ.
SECTION B (6 x 3 Marks each. = MM 18)
Question numbers 18-23 are Short Answer type questions (80-100 words).
Question 18 (Passage Based) & 19 (Map OR Diagram Based) are Source based questions.
Q 20 & 22 having internal choice.
SECTION C (5 x 5 Marks each. = MM 25)
Question numbers 24 to 28 are Long Answer based questions (120-150 words).
Q 26 & 28 having internal choice.
SECTION D (2 x 5 Marks each. = MM 10)
Question numbers 29 & 30 are Map based questions having 5 sub-parts each. (1 x 5)
Students are advised to attempt / show only 5 features in each question on map.
