Warning: Data once finalised can not be modified/deleted later.
चेतावनी: एक बार अंतिम रूप दिए जाने के बाद डेटा को बाद में संशोधित/हटाया नहीं जा सकता।
When all corrections/spelling mistakes have been carried out, Finalisation of data be done. जब सभी सुधार/वर्तनी की गलतियाँ हो जाएँ, तो डेटा को अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा।
Finalisation of data means no more correction/deletion/modification of data which have been submitted till the date of finalisation is possible i.e. data submitted has been deemed as final. डेटा को अंतिम रूप देने का मतलब है कि अंतिम रूप दिए जाने की तारीख तक सबमिट किए गए डेटा में कोई सुधार/हटाना/संशोधन संभव नहीं है, यानी सबमिट किए गए डेटा को अंतिम माना जाएगा।
After finalisation of data, requisite fee to be paid as mentioned on the challan. डेटा को अंतिम रूप देने के बाद, चालान पर उल्लिखित अपेक्षित शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा।
Fee shall be applicable as per fee shedule i.e. The date on which the data is finalized is taken for account for fee calculation. शुल्क, शुल्क अनुसूची के अनुसार लागू होगा, अर्थात जिस तिथि को डेटा अंतिम रूप दिया जाता है, उसे शुल्क गणना के लिए ध्यान में रखा जाएगा।
After finalisation of data addition of more student is possible provided the date of submission of details is withing the time schedule and fee shall be remitted as per fee schedule. डेटा को अंतिम रूप देने के बाद अधिक छात्रों को जोड़ना संभव है, बशर्ते विवरण जमा करने की तारीख समय-सारिणी के भीतर हो और शुल्क शुल्क अनुसूची के अनुसार जमा किया जाएगा।
