Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the requests from various schools regarding direct admissions, increase in strength in rio class IX-XII students and provisional approval by this office to register students of Class IX XII respectively and their regularization was subject to verification by the Board.
In order to ascertain the genuineness of large scale sponsorship vis-a-vis the infrastructure, teaching and other facilities being provided and actual attendance of these students in the school. Physical verification of such schools will be made by a team of Board. Therefore, as per the Clause No. 11.4 of the Affiliation Bye-Laws of the Board the school may be inspected for Classes IX to XII and following should be made ready in the school so that inspection team may verify the record / presence of students in r/o classes IX to XII at any time.
a) School records such as Admission forms, Previous School TC and AWR in prescribed format and List of students in the following format-
b) Previous School TC duly countersigned in rio students form other Board
c) Sufficient classrooms to accommodate given strength of students as per OASIS
d) Students optimum strength should be 40-45 students per section
e) Attendance Register of students and Fee Book
1) Section Teacher rabo should be 11.5
9) Acquaintance Roll of Teachers Bank statements for last 03 months attendance registers and service records
In view of above. I am drected to inform that the school to ensure the above documents/infrastructure/Teaching staff should be available in the school at the time of inspection failing which registration for IX-XII of students will be allowed only as per norms of the Board and school will be solely responsible if registration is not regularized due to non- availability of records/other facilities and any lapses on the part of the school

पंचकूला क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत सीबीएसई से संबद्ध विद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य
प्रिय महोदय/महोदया,
यह विभिन्न विद्यालयों से सीधे प्रवेश, कक्षा IX-XII के विद्यार्थियों की संख्या में वृद्धि तथा क्रमशः कक्षा IX XII के विद्यार्थियों के पंजीकरण के लिए इस कार्यालय द्वारा अनंतिम अनुमोदन के संबंध में अनुरोधों के संदर्भ में है तथा उनका नियमितीकरण बोर्ड द्वारा सत्यापन के अधीन था।
विद्यालय में उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे बुनियादी ढांचे, शिक्षण तथा अन्य सुविधाओं तथा इन विद्यार्थियों की वास्तविक उपस्थिति के संबंध में बड़े पैमाने पर प्रायोजन की वास्तविकता का पता लगाने के लिए। ऐसे विद्यालयों का भौतिक सत्यापन बोर्ड की एक टीम द्वारा किया जाएगा। इसलिए, बोर्ड के संबद्धता उपनियमों के खंड संख्या 11.4 के अनुसार कक्षा IX से XII के लिए स्कूल का निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है और स्कूल में निम्नलिखित तैयार किया जाना चाहिए ताकि निरीक्षण दल किसी भी समय कक्षा IX से XII के संबंध में छात्रों के रिकॉर्ड / उपस्थिति को सत्यापित कर सके।
a) स्कूल रिकॉर्ड जैसे प्रवेश फॉर्म, पिछले स्कूल TC और AWR निर्धारित प्रारूप में और निम्नलिखित प्रारूप में छात्रों की सूची-
b) पिछले स्कूल TC को अन्य बोर्ड के छात्रों के रूप में विधिवत रूप से प्रतिहस्ताक्षरित किया गया
c) OASIS के अनुसार छात्रों की दी गई संख्या को समायोजित करने के लिए पर्याप्त कक्षाएँ
d) छात्रों की इष्टतम संख्या प्रति सेक्शन 40-45 छात्र होनी चाहिए
e) छात्रों की उपस्थिति रजिस्टर और शुल्क पुस्तिका
1) सेक्शन शिक्षक की संख्या 11.5 होनी चाहिए
9) शिक्षकों की परिचय सूची पिछले 03 महीनों के बैंक स्टेटमेंट उपस्थिति रजिस्टर और सेवा रिकॉर्ड
उपरोक्त के मद्देनजर। मुझे यह सूचित करने का निर्देश दिया गया है कि विद्यालय यह सुनिश्चित करे कि निरीक्षण के समय विद्यालय में उपरोक्त दस्तावेज/बुनियादी ढांचा/शिक्षण कर्मचारी उपलब्ध हों, अन्यथा बोर्ड के मानदंडों के अनुसार ही IX-XII के लिए छात्रों का पंजीकरण किया जाएगा तथा यदि अभिलेखों/अन्य सुविधाओं की अनुपलब्धता तथा विद्यालय की ओर से किसी चूक के कारण पंजीकरण नियमित नहीं किया जाता है तो इसके लिए विद्यालय पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार होगा।
