अमेरिका में अटलांटिक महासागर में हरिकेन हम्बर्टो (Hurricane Humberto) तूफान कैरीबियन सागर में डेवलप हो रहा है, जो अमेरिका के दक्षिण-पूर्वी तट पर दस्तक दे सकता है।
इसे तूफान श्रेणी 5 का बताया जा रहा है, जिसमें तूफान 225 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार पकड़ लेता है और अपने रास्ते में आने वाले किसी भी चीज को तबाह कर देता है।
बहामास के पास एक मज़बूत ट्रॉपिकल प्रेशर बन रहा है। संभावना है कि इसके कारण सोमवार की सुबह 29 सितंबर 2025 को अमेरिका के दक्षिण-पूर्व भाग और कैरीबियाई देशों में बाढ़, बारिश, तटीय तूफानी लहरें और विनाशकारी हवाएं आने की संभावना व्यक्त की जा रही है।
अमेरिका के राष्ट्रीय तूफान केंद्र ने बताया कि शनिवार 27 सितंबर 2025 को सुबह से ही क्यूबा और बहामास के बीच 35 मील यानी कि 56 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से लगातार तूफानी हवाए चल रही हैं, जिसकी वजह से ही नौवें तूफान का ट्रॉपिकल प्रेशर बना।
तूफान की मॉनिटरिंग कर रहे है विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार, इस वीकेंड पर ये तूफान बहामास से होकर गुजरेगा। अगले हफ्ते की शुरुआत यानी कि सोमवार तक दक्षिण-पूर्वी तट पर दस्तक दे सकता है। हालांकि, राहत वाली खबर ये है कि तूफान दक्षिण कैरोलिना तट के पास पहुंते-पहुंचते धीमा पड़ जाएगा, लैंडफॉल करने से ही पहले वापसी करने लगेगा। हालांकि, इसके बावजूद खतरे का संकेत है।

The US National Hurricane Center reported that since the morning of Saturday, September 27, 2025, sustained hurricane-force winds of up to 35 miles (56 kilometers per hour) have been blowing between Cuba and the Bahamas, resulting in the formation of the ninth tropical depression.
According to the forecast by the department monitoring the storm, the storm will pass through the Bahamas this weekend. It could make landfall on the Southeast coast as early as Monday next week. However, the reassuring news is that the storm will slow down as it approaches the South Carolina coast, turning back before making landfall. However, this still poses a danger.
