मकान सड़क से कितनी दूरी पर बनाना चाहिए? जानिए क्या हैं नियम?

हर राज्य में मकान की दूरी के अलग-अलग नियम होते हैं, जिन्हें आप अपने शहर की नगर पालिका निगम (MCD) में जाकर इसकी जानकारी ले सकते हैं। हर श्रेणी की रोड के लिये राईट ऑफ वे निर्धारित है। जैसे - उत्तर प्रदेश रोड कंट्रोल एक्ट 1964 में यह साफ अंकित है कि सड़क के मध्य रेखा से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अथवा राज्य राजमार्ग में 75 फुट तथा मेजर डिस्ट्रिक्ट रोड में 60 फुट एवं आर्डिनरी डिस्ट्रिक्ट रोड में 50 फुट अंतराल छोड़ना आवश्यक है। यह दूरी छोड़ने के पश्चात ही कोई खुला निर्माण या बाउंड्री आदि निर्माण कार्य कर सकते हैं। 
राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण एक्ट की धारा 42 के तहत नई व्यवस्था में स्पष्ट है कि हाई-वे के मध्य से 40 मीटर तक निर्माण की इजाजत कतई नहीं मिलेगी, जबकि 40 से 75 मीटर के दायरे में निर्माण बहुत जरूरी है तो भू-स्वामी को एनएचएआई से अनुमति लेनी होगी।

For example, in the Uttar Pradesh Road Control Act 1964, it is clearly mentioned that it is necessary to leave a gap of 75 feet from the center line of the road in National Highway or State Highway, 60 feet in Major District Road and 50 feet in Ordinary District Road. Only after leaving this distance, any open construction or boundary etc. construction work can be done.
Under Section 42 of the National Highway Control Act, it is clear in the new system that no permission will be given for construction up to 40 meters from the middle of the highway, while construction within the radius of 40 to 75 meters is very important, then the landowner has to seek permission from NHAI. Permission has to be taken.
